Why I get more done than you do 👀

Bold statement, after 25 years in leadership I know to be true.

Here’s why I’m so confident ‼️

First you’re probably confusing activity with accomplishment 🌪️

Second you’re likely chasing every fire (email, interruptions) and not prioritizing 🔥

Third it’s very likely you have no structured approach to measure progress (re-visit points 1 & 2).

Ok, truth is you’re buried and no idea where to start 🎯

Here’s a very simple plan to help:

First, late Sunday or early Monday:

💎 On a single piece of paper, in 3-5 words each; write 4 weekly goals, objectives or s%#! you must make progress on.

Then EOD Monday - Friday put a Y or N beside each goal (for progress, no progress or done)

Secondly, start each morning with a plan:

💎 Simply do the same exercise at the bottom of the page for each day of the work week.

These items may only take 30-50% of your day but when tackled this way - you’ll be amazed at how much time you get back for the good stuff.

Remember, you must be consistent no different than any other skill you’re trying to master!

If you want to know what planner I use drop me a message. I’m Happy to share.
